How to make the young green garlic omelette

  1. Prepare the garlic shoots. Remove the first layer and cut them into slices. Set aside in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, beat the three eggs.
  3. Put the frying pan on the heat and add olive oil. Next, fry the garlic and add salt to taste.
  4. When the garlic is done, remove it from the pan, add it to the bowl of beaten eggs and stir.
  5. Add the mixture to the frying pan and when it sets, turn it over. And ready to serve!
