How to make the young green garlic omelette
- Prepare the garlic shoots. Remove the first layer and cut them into slices. Set aside in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat the three eggs.
- Put the frying pan on the heat and add olive oil. Next, fry the garlic and add salt to taste.
- When the garlic is done, remove it from the pan, add it to the bowl of beaten eggs and stir.
- Add the mixture to the frying pan and when it sets, turn it over. And ready to serve!
