Ingredients for 2 persons

  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 loins of desalted cod
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil
  • 4 glasses of water

How to make cod in onion sauce

  1. Start by peeling the onions and cut them into julienne strips.
  2. Then peel the potatoes and cut them into squares.
  3. Put the pan on the heat with the chopped onions and add a little water to boil. add a little water to bring to the boil.
  4. When they have roasted for 10 minutes and the onions are half cooked, add the chopped potatoes and a pinch of salt.
