How to make tender garlic omelet step by step

  1. Clean the garlic, removing the first layer and the roots. Cut into thin slices and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.

  3. In a frying pan with a little olive oil, fry the garlic over medium heat until tender but not browned.

  4. Mix the garlic with the beaten egg and stir well.

  5. Pour the mixture into the hot pan and let it set on one side.

  6. Turn it over with the help of a plate or lid and cook for a couple of minutes more.
